Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Columbus area efficiently and safely.
- Utilize the company mobile app for navigation, tracking, and customer communication.
- Practice safe driving habits, obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Inspect delivery vehicles and report any maintenance issues or damage immediately.
- Ensure packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service, including polite interactions and package handling explanations.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- A reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van) suitable for local deliveries.
- Access to a smartphone with a data plan for route management.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong sense of punctuality and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Columbus, OH geography is preferred.
