Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to residential and commercial locations across Colorado Springs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, including package handling and route inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance of delivery equipment
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and timeliness
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and potential delays
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery apps
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
