Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obtain customer signatures upon successful delivery of goods.
- Inspect vehicle for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently using provided GPS and mapping software.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep delivery vehicle loaded and organized for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class D or equivalent).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for delivery work.
