Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip inspections of delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Follow optimized delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at warehouse locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Tucson streets and surrounding areas
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery tracking
- Reliable transportation to/from warehouse locations
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (20-30 hours/week)
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
