Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and essential items to customers within designated Jacksonville zones
- Maintain exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Operate company vehicles responsibly following all traffic laws
- Verify order accuracy and handle payments/collections professionally
- Report delivery issues, maintenance needs, and customer feedback promptly
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and cleanliness checks
- Optimize routes using provided GPS technology for timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for order tracking and communication
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
