Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers within designated Phoenix routes
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicles with provided supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and handle delivery inquiries professionally
- Optimize delivery routes using our GPS-enabled app for maximum efficiency
- Track and report delivery status, mileage, and any incidents via mobile platform
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery standards
- Collaborate with restaurant/retail partners for accurate order pickups
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to one) with valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and navigation
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-25 hrs/week)
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix metro area neighborhoods and landmarks
