Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Omaha
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating company vehicles
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and challenges
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures to ensure order accuracy
- Represent the company brand through professional appearance and courteous conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to one (if using personal vehicle)
- Smartphone with data plan for navigation and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic familiarity with Omaha metro area and navigation skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
