Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to Manhattan and Brooklyn locations
- Maintain real-time GPS tracking and communication via our driver app
- Verify recipient details and obtain signatures for high-value deliveries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to meet delivery windows while adhering to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Document delivery exceptions and resolve minor customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable data connection
