Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in the Baltimore area in a timely and professional manner.
- Obey traffic laws and ensure the safety of all passengers and pedestrians at all times.
- Handle package handling with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving issues on the spot.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Update delivery status via mobile app in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and logging.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
