Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van reefers) for regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Ensure cargo security and temperature compliance (reefer experience)
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 2+ years verifiable OTR/Regional experience
- Reefer certification preferred
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Minnesota road networks
