Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using handheld scanning devices
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and Amazon's service quality standards
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Assist with sorting and loading packages at the fulfillment center when required
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (commercial driving a plus)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Basic familiarity with handheld scanning technology
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
