Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers across San Francisco
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Verify order accuracy and maintain temperature control for perishable items
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete delivery documentation and update tracking systems in real-time
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and UrbanSwift safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 18 years of age with ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based operations
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Reliable transportation to/from designated depot locations
