Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, retail, or e-commerce packages to customers within Phoenix metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update order status in real-time
- Verify recipient identity and confirm order details upon delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle delivery-related inquiries
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery progress
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and reliable internet connection
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions (if applicable)
- 18 years of age or older
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
