Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and documents to Charlotte-area customers within specified time windows
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital tracking using our proprietary mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, including order confirmations and issue resolution
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency and fuel conservation
- Collaborate with dispatch team to address delivery exceptions and customer requests
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with minimum 1 year of clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte metropolitan area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
