Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to residential and commercial addresses using personal or company-provided vehicle
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for route optimization
- Verify recipient identity and obtain signatures for high-value shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse duties when not actively delivering (loading/unloading)
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to insured transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/delivery locations
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Basic English communication skills for customer interactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- 18+ years of age with proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Pass background check and drug screening
