Responsibilities
- Deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and business addresses in North Carolina and Texas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and friendly attitude.
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical function before starting shifts.
- Utilize company-provided mobile apps to track routes, update delivery statuses, and communicate with dispatch.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Handle package handling with care, ensuring items are secure and undamaged during transport.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Access to a reliable smartphone for navigation and app communication.
