Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles over dedicated routes across Minnesota and neighboring states
- Maintain meticulous electronic logs and comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and delivery confirmations
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of freight with proper documentation
- Represent our company professionally through exceptional customer interactions
- Uphold strict safety standards and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 1-year OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and transportation software
- Strong time-management skills for efficient route execution
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
