Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for dedicated OTR routes across the Midwest region
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain precise time management
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Document freight conditions and maintain accurate delivery records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding shipment status
- Maintain clean driving record and uphold professional conduct at all times
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize route efficiency and fuel conservation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading/unloading equipment
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required by delivery schedules
- Basic proficiency with electronic logging devices and GPS navigation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
