Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A or Class B commercial vehicles within the San Francisco metropolitan area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure 100% compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring all freight is secure.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and daily logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery stops and handle all documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
