Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle specialized freight (temperature-sensitive, hazardous materials)
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with San Francisco Bay Area geography
- Hazmat endorsement preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
