Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport freight across Colorado
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and securement protocols
- Navigate complex delivery routes while adhering to strict delivery timelines
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Comply with all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies
- Assist in warehouse operations when not on dedicated driving routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs, reckless driving, or major preventable accidents in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and random drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with Denver metro area and Colorado highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
