Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on designated local delivery routes.
- Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks and manual handling techniques.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Interact professionally with clients and warehouse personnel.
- Adhere strictly to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid Texas Commercial Driver's License.
- Physical ability to lift and move freight weighing up to 50 lbs.
