Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles in a professional manner.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork (Bill of Lading, Delivery Receipts).
- Navigate complex routes and traffic patterns in the Los Angeles area.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Experience in commercial driving is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends or early mornings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
