Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight within Colorado
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Load/unload shipments using appropriate equipment (no-touch freight preferred)
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logging
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of freight handling and securement
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Colorado terrain
- Physical ability to climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
