Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and securement techniques
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams
- Report maintenance issues and perform basic preventative care
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening (company-provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate manual transmissions
- Strong knowledge of Florida traffic laws and route navigation
- Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and variable shifts
