Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Georgia
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to DOT regulations
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo when required
- Maintain clean driving record and safety compliance
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient routing
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Georgia preferred)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
