Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks to deliver goods safely and on time to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual labor, ensuring weight distribution is correct.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with DOT and company policies.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve any delivery issues on-site.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
