Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles to deliver freight across Seattle and surrounding areas
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Efficiently manage delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Seattle metro roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
