Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections (Pre-trip and Post-trip) and log maintenance requirements.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper handling and security.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle and uniform.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Route planning and navigation to ensure timely arrivals.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT compliant).
- Proof of residency within the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Previous driving experience is preferred but not always required for the right candidate.
