Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local deliveries and transport services
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and San Francisco traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Report maintenance issues and assist in preventative upkeep
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical examination and drug screening
- Familiarity with San Francisco Bay Area geography and delivery zones
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate loading equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
