Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, dry vans) for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of goods
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for timely and efficient deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Nashville metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- DOT physical certification and required medical card
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
