Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vans on assigned routes within the Indianapolis area.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) to ensure mechanical safety.
- Load and unload freight securely, adhering to safety protocols to prevent damage.
- Complete all necessary delivery paperwork, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Maintain a clean driving record and strictly follow all traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL License with the appropriate endorsements.
- Current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious infractions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
