Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or Class B) safely and efficiently for all assigned routes.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring compliance with weight and balance regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel at delivery locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (Required).
- Current Medical Card and DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and cash handling (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
