Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to weight restrictions and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse staff to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Card and DOT physical on file.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred (New grads encouraged to apply).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety, and navigation.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
