Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate commercial vehicles in a safe, legal, and professional manner at all times.
- Load Management: Safely load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling of materials.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck and trailer are in good working condition.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, delivery receipts, and any required paperwork in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Customer Service: Deliver goods to customers in a timely manner while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- CDL Required: Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred (will consider recent graduates).
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and pass a DOT physical examination.
