Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently within the Chicago metropolitan area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment (lift gates, pallet jacks).
- Maintain accurate records of delivery times and customer signatures.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
