Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to transport goods within Ohio and surrounding states
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Efficiently manage delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Provide excellent customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Ohio roadways and transportation regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
