Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report any issues.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELD) and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) or DOT medical card.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management and punctuality skills.
