Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods on established routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance with DOT regulations
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure operational safety
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Secure cargo and verify delivery documentation
- Adapt to dynamic schedules with flexible start/end locations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Charlotte metro area road networks preferred
