Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in accordance with all federal and state regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are secured properly to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (ELD) and vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pick-ups.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
