Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for local and regional deliveries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques per safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pickup operations
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and ensure operational readiness
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement and hazmat regulations
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility for early morning/late evening shifts
