Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, delivery vans) within San Francisco city limits
- Load/unload cargo using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and traffic laws
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- 1+ year commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with San Francisco streets and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital logs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent customer service communication skills
