Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for local deliveries within San Francisco Bay Area
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance documentation
- Load/unload freight with precision using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication records
- Adapt routes to real-time traffic conditions for optimal efficiency
- Uphold strict safety protocols and defensive driving standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Familiarity with San Francisco geography and delivery zones
- DOT medical certification and required endorsements
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
