Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial Class A truck to deliver freight to designated stops in and around Baltimore, MD.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading).
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients at every stop.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and DOT regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state of Maryland.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
