Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles for local route deliveries.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo security.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and DOT compliance documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service during stops.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience (preferred).
- Clean driving record (MVR compliant).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of local Austin roadways.
- Basic computer skills for logging and invoicing.
