Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes while maintaining strict adherence to schedules
- Load/unload cargo with precision and proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Tampa metro area and surrounding regions
- Proficiency in using electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
