Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of freight using your owned box truck
- Route optimization and adherence to delivery schedules
- Vehicle maintenance and pre/post-trip inspections
- Coordination with dispatch team for load assignments
- Documentation of deliveries and mileage logs
- Customer service communication throughout delivery process
- Adherence to FMCSA regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Reliable, DOT-compliant box truck (26ft+)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Smartphone with GPS and data capability
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass background check and drug screening
