Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional deliveries within Arizona
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of freight during transit
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Optimize routes to meet delivery deadlines while maximizing fuel efficiency
- Represent Southwest Logistics Partners with professionalism and reliability
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Reliable box truck (26ft max) with current registration and insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Proficient with smartphone apps for navigation and communication
- Flexibility for early morning and weekend shifts
