Responsibilities
- Secure and transport cargo safely using your own box truck (10ft - 24ft).
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Handle loading and unloading of freight with care, adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage all necessary documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company brand.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
Qualifications
- Must Own Truck: You must own and operate a fully insured box truck.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record with no serious violations.
- Documentation: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B) and Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC).
- Availability: Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends or early mornings as needed.
- Tools: Own a reliable communication device (smartphone) and GPS.
