Responsibilities
- Drive a delivery van or personal vehicle to deliver packages to customers' doorsteps in a safe and timely manner.
- Obtain signatures and verify deliveries to ensure accurate completion.
- Practice safe driving habits at all times and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and helpful during every interaction.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and ensure the vehicle is clean and organized.
- Unload packages from the vehicle and place them in the correct delivery zones or on the customer's porch.
- Report any delivery issues, vehicle problems, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and order updates.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
